Liverpool Victoria Home Insurance POSITION: Paper Product Specialist REPORTING TO: Vice President, Gifts & Lifestyle LOCATION: Home Office, Toronto IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Identifying customers needs and making recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of the product offering(s) Supporting visual and store management team in merchandising the Presents section executing planograms and trend instructions Liaising between Gifts Procurement, Schurman and the stores Working closely with procurement to ensure that we have the right product, monitoring inventory levels, driving the return process for Schurman cards Assisting in selling, receiving, restocking for all presents products AND YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of experience in retail, ideally in the gift or paper business, Knowledge of retailing. Highly organized, Sales metrics Can handle multiple tasks at once, Experience in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Energy - High degree of self-motivation and energy, Execute - focus on full execution of responsibilities, Passion - love of and excitement about role in company, Belief in accountability and ownership, Belief in the value of communication, including active listening, Desire to continuously learn and improve what and how we do, "Hands-on" approach.
